Qualifications

• Previous professional kitchen experience preferred.
• Active Food handler’s certification or ability to obtain.
• Willing to work day/night and weekend shifts.
• Must stand for long periods and lift 50 pounds.
• 21+ years old and energetic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist in menu execution.
• Use a variety of cooking methods (grill, sauté, fry).
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to develop menus reflecting seasonal availability.
• Produce consistent dishes and minimize waste.
• Support the Chef and Kitchen staff as needed.
