Job summary

Santikos Entertainment, Inc. is hiring a Caterer/Line Cook at our Silverado location to prepare products per recipes, maintain consistency, and operate kitchen equipment. You’ll keep the area clean, prep for service, and support a safe, fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare product in accordance with provided recipes to ensure great tasting food.
• Maintain consistency with all products served.
• Operate grill, fryer, or ovens as needed.
• Keep work area clean and sanitized; safety is a priority.
• Ensure kitchen is prepped for each day's service.
