Job Title: Line Cook

Reports to: Assistant Kitchen Manager

FLSA Status: Non - Exempt

Job Scope

• This position requires someone that has an eye for detail and that can work quickly at the same time
• This person will spend most of his/her time in hot environment plating up the food as the tickets come in
• The person responsible for this position will also be able to plan, organize and multi task in order to produce a quality product in a timely and efficient manner
