What are the responsibilities of a Line Cook?

  • Prepare and execute each exquisite menu selection with consistency in order to delight our guests.
  • Have an authentic enthusiasm for food and a genuine concern for the needs of our guests.
  • Work efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist with keeping an organized, clean kitchen.
  • Have strong knowledge of how to set up, break down and maintain your individual station.
  • Passionately maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety at all times.
