Job summary

Carrollwood Country Club in Tampa, Florida is seeking a qualified Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will perform daily food preparation and manage your station according to our Executive Chef's recipes and standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Loves to cook.
• Basic knowledge of professional cooking and knife handling.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily menu items and manage station responsibilities.
• Assist Executive Chef with recipes and standards.
• Set up, stock, and maintain a clean kitchen and storage areas.
• Ensure proper safety procedures and sanitation.
• Work as part of a team to deliver quality food.
