Join us as a Line Cook at Gallerie Bar and Bistro, Hilton Columbus Downtown. Located in the Short North Arts District and connected to the Greater Columbus Convention Center, our hotel features two towers with 1,000 guest rooms, 75,000 sq ft of event space, and unique dining options.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare food items according to recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards
• Manage guest orders efficiently and courteously
• Know the menu and all food products thoroughly
• Stock and maintain food stations
• Inspect all food sent from the kitchen
• Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and ingredients as needed
