Responsibilities

• Prepare food for residents, guests, and employees.
• Follow planned menus and standard recipes.
• Plate items with correct portions and garnishing.
• Assist other kitchen staff as needed and support supervisor.
• Ensure sufficient food is prepped and ready for service.
• Communicate shortages or outages to supervisor.
• Maintain freshness, proper seasoning, and cooking status of all foods.
• Stock and clean station for next shift.
• Follow food rotation policies and safety practices.
• Present a professional appearance with proper uniform and name tag.
