Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Must have a valid food handlers' card.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work as part of a team.
• Capable of lifting 20–40 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items per recipes and standards in a sanitary, timely manner.
• Maintains proper plate presentation and garnish setup.
• Monitors temperatures and stores foods safely.
• Maintains clean and stocked stations and supports prep work.
