Hilton Bellevue is seeking a qualified Line Cook to join Solarium Kitchen + Bar in Bellevue, WA. The role is full-time with a pay range of $22.00–$24.00 hourly. Duties include food prep, guest interaction, and maintaining a clean kitchen.

Qualifications include 2+ years as a line cook or in food prep, a valid Food Handler's permit, and strong communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; banquet or large-event experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Wash, cut, and prepare items for a variety of dishes.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and restaurant teams for a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Prepare ingredients as instructed per food safety standards.
• Assist dishwashing with washing, sorting, and cleaning as needed.
