Job summary

Chedraui USA in Los Angeles seeks an El Super Cook responsible for all food items prepared in the restaurant. You will portion and prepare on the kitchen line, sauté, fry, and ensure freshness and sanitation in every dish.

You will assist customers with orders, serve food, refill displays, and help in cleaning the department. Must be able to work nights and weekends; Food Handler Card or equivalent certification is required.

• Must be able to work a variety of hours including nights and weekends.
• Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification is required for all positions related to: preparation, handling and serving food.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, and cook food items on the kitchen line (sautéing, frying, and other methods).
• Ensure the use of fresh ingredients and follow sanitation guidelines; prep recipes to standard to maintain product consistency.
• Assist customers with orders, serve food when needed, and refill display cases as required.
• Assist in cleaning the department.
