Job summary

North Italia in Orlando is hiring Line Cooks to join a fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare dishes from scratch, follow recipes, and ensure consistent quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of kitchen or line cook experience preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch following recipes.
• Know and comply with standard cooking methods and kitchen practices.
• Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other equipment.
• Portion products, follow recipes, and ensure plate presentation looks appealing.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workstation and follow food-handling standards.
