Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety procedures and safe temperatures to prevent foodborne illness
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate on complex dishes
• Interpersonal skills to interact with waitstaff, dishwashers, management, and customers
• Calm demeanor to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow direct orders and recipes and prepare dishes to restaurant standards
• Knife techniques for chopping, slicing, dicing and handling tools
• Experience with preparing and presenting final dishes
