Job summary

Concessions International is seeking a dedicated cook to support operations and deliver superior guest service by cooking and plating foods according to production requirements and quality standards.

You will maintain sanitary work areas, follow safety and hygiene practices, and assist with daily prep lists, temperature controls, and proper labeling to ensure freshness and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; six months or more related experience and/or training.
• Basic food preparation and cooking knowledge; ability to use cooking utensils and equipment.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and communicate information in English.

Responsibilities

• Cooks, plates, and follows portion standards for food products.
• Organizes and plans activities by reviewing daily pull and prep lists.
• Cooks and stores food at proper temperature; labels and rotates products.
• Tests foods for proper cooking standards.
• Monitors and maintains proper cooking temperatures on grills, fryers, ovens, broilers, and roasters.
• Maintains clean prep area and equipment; adheres to safety practices.
• Follows safe food handling and hygiene practices.
• Performs opening/closing side work per checklists.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
