Job summary

Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire is hiring a Line Cook for full-time or part-time roles. You will prepare dishes according to recipes and chef specifications, maintain proper food temperatures, and keep the station clean and stocked.

The pay is $19.00–$21.00 per hour with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package. You should have a minimum of 6 months experience as a prep cook or line cook, the ability to work evenings, holidays and weekends, and the capacity to follow procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a prep cook or line cook.
• Ability to follow procedures and take directions.
• Basic math skills to measure and portion recipes.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Properly measure, portion, and cook all food items according to recipes.
• Maintain correct food temperatures and safe storage.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as required.
• Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, and stocked.
• Record waste on spoilage sheet according to guidelines.
