Primanti Bros. in Grove City, PA is seeking Prep and Line Cooks to prepare dishes across Appetizer, Bread & Fries, Grill, Pizza, and Salad stations, following our signature recipes and plate presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Label items according to shelf life.
• Stock stations and complete prep work.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies.
• Maintain HACCP temperature procedures.
• Communicate ticket times and issues to team.
• Ensure proper rotation and par levels.
• Complete opening, shift change, closing checklists and cleaning tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
