Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Line Cook in Murfreesboro to prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards. You will support guests by delivering consistent quality, maintaining a clean station, and coordinating with the service team to ensure timely, accurate orders.

The role requires 6 months of line cook/prep cook experience, strong teamwork, attention to detail, and flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is essential.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Food Handlers Certification, as required.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards as part of daily duties.
• Prepping and cooking all menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Collaborating with the Service Team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures.
• Operating kitchen equipment safely.
• Maintaining a clean and stocked station before and after each shift.
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties.
