Job summary

Momosan Ramen by Morimoto in Boston, Massachusetts is hiring full-time and part-time Line Cooks to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will prepare dishes according to recipes and chef specifications while maintaining cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a prep cook or line cook
• Ability to prioritize and complete food orders with speed and precision
• Ability to follow procedures and take directions
• Basic math to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements
• No high school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Measure, portion, and cook all food items according to recipes and chef specifications
• Maintain correct food temperatures and ensure safe storage of food
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties per guidelines
• Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Record waste on spoilage sheet and follow waste control guidelines
