Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring a Kitchen Supervisor for Momosan Ramen by Morimoto in Boston, MA. This is a full-time or part-time role overseeing food preparation, quality and sanitation in a fast-paced kitchen, with opportunities to lead and develop the team.

You will supervise recipe accuracy, portion control, and storage while supporting efficient operations, cost controls, and opening/closing duties. A two-year background in line cook roles and leadership communication is required.

Formación

• Two years' experience as Line Cook, Lead Line Cook, or Kitchen Supervisor.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a leadership capacity.
• Basic math skills to understand and follow recipes.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise food prep, maintain quality and sanitation; verify recipes and portion sizes.
• Ensure kitchen equipment operates efficiently and walk-ins/freezers are organized; supervise breakdown, rotation, labeling and storage.
• Maintain food cost within parameters set by culinary leadership.
• Handle opening, closing, and side work duties per guidelines.
