Job summary

Rubicon Pizza is seeking a line cook in Truckee, CA. Part-time position offering $17.00–$23.00 per hour with a friendly, outdoors-oriented team in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities include daily kitchen prep, station setup, cooking, and maintaining high standards of sanitation and teamwork. Flexible hours and a fun work environment compliment a strong team culture at Rubicon Pizza.

Qualifications

• Assist and participate the day-to-day activities and functions of kitchen facilities, food items preparation and production in assigned section and ensure that the standard performance is implemented and maintained according to designated task
• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers
• Can stand on feet for long periods of time
