Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery, a historic Ohio family dining brand, is seeking a Line Cook to prepare menu items to our standards while keeping the kitchen clean, safe, and organized. You will take pride in your work, communicate under pressure, and contribute to a great guest experience.

No experience is required, though prior line cook experience is a plus. You should be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations and shift readiness.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen support tasks as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
