North Italia is seeking Line Cooks to prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch with attention to recipe standards and plate presentation. The role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds, in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

Fast-paced environment experience preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience preferred.
Good English communication skills required.
Able to stand for long periods.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

Prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch following recipes.
Adhere to standard cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practices.
Cook meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other equipment.
Portion products, follow recipes, ensure attractive plate presentation.
Maintain clean and organized work station and follow sanitation standards.
