As a Line Cook, you will prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch, follow recipes and sanitation standards, and keep the kitchen organized while maintaining consistent quality across meats, seafood, vegetables, and other items.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch following recipes to produce consistent results.
• Know and comply with standard cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practices.
• Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
• Portion all products, follow recipes, and ensure plate presentation looks beautiful.
• Keep workstation clean and organized; follow sanitation standards and food handling procedures.
