Job summary

Red Robin in Anchorage is hiring for Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, Kitchen Team and Burger Maker positions in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You will learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking a variety of meals.

We value teamwork, communication and organization; if you are at least 21 with a valid TAPS card and have some restaurant experience, this is a great entry point with opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of serving experience preferred, but open to great applicants with little or no restaurant experience.
• A strong Team Player

• Organized with a great attention for details
• At least 21 years old with Valid TAPS card

Responsibilities

• Learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.
• Perform back-of-house cooking across meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads.
• Work in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• HOH team member responsibilities for food prep/production as applicable.
