Job summary

Flanker Kitchen & Sporting Club in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Line Cook to join our fast-paced team. You will prepare food using our recipes, maintain quality, and ensure consistency across menu items while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

This full-time role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, bend and lift up to 50 pounds, and work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handles allergy and dietary restrictions and modifications.
• Accurately follows orders from the POS system and direction from the expeditor.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the station, the kitchen and the venue in accordance with Health Department.
• Possesses knowledge of assigned recipes and execution.
• Communicates product needs to the chefs and the support staff.
• Checks cover counts, BEOs and/or Fire Sheets.
• Sets up station and performs opening/closing procedures as directed by management.
• Reports breakage or damage of equipment immediately to management.
• Maintains a positive and professional attitude and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Owned and operated by Las Vegas-headquartered Carver Road Hospitality, the complex will feature a restaurant, three bars, 400-square-feet of LED screens, private karaoke and golf simulator rooms, a central nightclub and a cocktail lounge with bowling.Open seven days a week, the restaurant will serve American bar and grill food favorites along with more eclectic offerings and playfully crafted desserts, all freshly prepared in the full kitchen.### **Position Summary**The Line cook will be responsible for preparing food using Company recipes and menu items.
