Flanker Kitchen & Sporting Club in Salt Lake City is seeking Line Cooks to join our team. You will prepare food using our recipes and ensure quality and consistency of all items in a fast-paced dining and entertainment setting across from Delta Center.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays, and possession of a current Utah Food Handler Card.

Responsabilités

• Follow all orders received from the POS system or expeditor.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the assigned station, kitchen and venue.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of assigned recipes and execution.
• Communicate product needs to the chefs and support staff.
• Check cover counts, BEOs and/or Fire Sheets as required.
• Set up station and perform opening/closing procedures as directed.
• Report breakage or damage of equipment immediately to management.
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude; support team learning.

Owned and operated by Las Vegas-headquartered Carver Road Hospitality, the complex will feature a restaurant, three bars, 400-square-feet of LED screens, private karaoke and golf simulator rooms, a central nightclub and a cocktail lounge with bowling.Open seven days a week, the restaurant will serve American bar and grill food favorites along with more eclectic offerings and playfully crafted desserts, all freshly prepared in the full kitchen.### **Position Summary**The Line cook will be responsible for preparing food using Company recipes and menu items.
