Ocean Prime Troy is seeking a Line Cook to join our team. You will prepare a variety of hot and cold dishes, handle prep, portion ingredients, and assemble salads, sauces, and garnishes, following our recipes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook and prep per recipes.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Serv Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preps all food to ensure items are prepared according to recipes.
• Displays proper food safety techniques including hygiene, gloves and knife skills.
• Maintains sanitation of prep tables, surfaces, refrigeration, floors and shelves.
• Reports to work on time and follows the schedule.
• Adheres to safety guidelines and reports unsafe conditions.
