Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC. in Greenwood, Indiana, seeks a Line Cook to join our dining team delivering fine dining experiences for residents.

You will work with the Director of Culinary Services to prepare meals that meet recipes, menus, and safety standards while ensuring top-notch service to residents and families. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of cook experience in hospitality or healthcare, read production guides, hold a food handler permit, and can handle varied schedules including

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of cook experience in hospitality or healthcare.
• Food handler permit as required by state law.
• Able to read and follow recipes and production guides.
• Strong customer service and resident engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level culinary customer service and promote a fine dining experience.
• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and menus.
• Maintain clean, safe kitchen and storage areas.
• Open and/or close the kitchen.
• Assist with special events and banquets.
• Attend pre-meal stand up in kitchen.
• Ensure proper temperatures and food safety.
• Support transportation and storage of food and supplies.
• Work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
