Job summary

Experience Senior Living Team in Naples, FL is seeking a part-time Line Cook to deliver high-quality dining experiences for residents. Shifts run 11 am–7 pm, with duties including meal preparation, food safety, and collaboration with the Culinary Services team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of line cook experience in hospitality or healthcare setting.
• Food handlers permit as required by state law.
• Ability to read recipes and follow production guides.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level culinary customer service and promote a fine dining experience.
• Work with Culinary Director and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with meals.
• Maintain kitchen and food storage and preparation areas in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.
• Open and/or close the kitchen.
• Follow cleaning schedules and company standards for food handling.
• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menus.
• Document temperatures of food prior to service, refrigeration, and freezer.
• Ensure snacks and beverages are available to residents at all times.
• Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.
