Who are you?

We seek fine dining line cook candidates committed to this purpose, joining our culinary team in The Woodlands, Texas. Candidates should have at least five (5) years of culinary experience, experience in high-volume environments, and the ability to follow recipes and systems with professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.

Compensation

$17.00-$24.00/hour, based on experience

Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Two years of similar culinary experience
  • Ability to stand for 9 hours and lift at least 40 pounds
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to perform all duties while wearing the required uniform and footwear
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Chef/Sous Chef on daily specials
  • Prepare menu items, maintain quality and cleanliness
  • Stock and set up station, follow sanitation procedures
  • Ensure product quality and safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
  • Rotate perishable products properly
  • Follow opening and closing checklists
  • Maintain professionalism and teamwork
  • Pass departmental tests with 90% or higher
  • Perform other duties as assigned
