Qualifications

• ServSafe Food Handler certification required.
• Experience in line cook, prep or dishwashing roles preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced catering environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prep meats and vegetables.
• Stewarding and expediting product out of the door.
• Maintain clear communication with executive chef and city manager.
• Keep station and work areas clean at all times.
• Own tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
