Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent or related experience.
• 1+ years of kitchen experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
• Current Food Handler’s Card.

Responsibilities

• Create menu items by preparing and cooking ingredients.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of our menu and recipes.
• Prepare components of each dish using established recipes.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment and handle seafood.
• Monitor quality control and adhere to safety regulations.
