Job summary

Es Vedra Cinemas in Dallas is seeking a Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will prepare and cook menu items to perfection, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation meet our high standards for guests.

You will work closely with the kitchen crew, maintain a clean workstation, follow health and safety rules, and help with inventory. Previous line cook experience and a State Food Handler certificate are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.
• Experience as a line cook or similar role is required.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques.
• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a State Food Handler certificate.
• Ability to work holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and proper storage.
• Ensure dishes are cooked to order and meet presentation guidelines.
• Communicate with kitchen team to coordinate orders and workflow.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory checks and notify Kitchen Manager of low stock.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.
