Qualifications

• Current Maricopa County Food Handler’s Certificate required.
• Previous line cook experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Streets of New York recipes and quality standards.
• Set up and stock workstations with all necessary supplies.
• Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in food inventory management and report shortages to the kitchen manager.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service.
• Maintain equipment and utensils, ensuring they are cleaned and stored properly.
• Follow sanitation and safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with menu item development and promotions as needed.
• Handle heavy lifting and moving items as part of daily duties.
