Qualifications

• Current Maricopa County Food Handler’s Certificate.
• Experience as line cook or similar role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
• Authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items per Streets of New York recipes.
• Set up and stock workstations with supplies.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Assist in inventory management and report shortages.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely service.
• Assist with menu item development and promotions.
• Heavy lifting as needed (up to 50-lb bags of flour).
