Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Parties, or Station Chefs to join a fast-paced kitchen team. Start with comprehensive training and flexible scheduling, with benefits including meals discounts and advancement opportunities.

Positions include full-time and part-time hourly roles. Candidates should be at least 18 years old and ready to work in a lively Pan-Asian dining environment.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Love for food with attention to detail, including weights, measurements and volumes.
• Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes.
• Knowledge of chemicals used in the building; safety in kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
• Plates prepared foods based on chef's guidance
• Responsible for setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of kitchen equipment
• May assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment
• Uphold high kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards
