Qualifications

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred but not required, as we offer a comprehensive training program.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to read, write, and follow instructions effectively.
• Stand, bend, lift, and walk throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
• Commitment to maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to meet quality and presentation standards.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies for the shift.
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed.
• Assist in inventory management, including rotating stock and notifying management of low items.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, sanitary and ready for use at all times.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
