McAlister’s Deli in the Southeast is seeking a Line Cook to join a fast-paced, welcoming team. You’ll read tickets, prepare orders quickly and accurately, maintain clean, organized prep areas, and help ensure the highest quality and portion standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, organized food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
• Follow and help manage sanitation, health, and safety standards in all work areas
• Read tickets and/or listen to verbal instructions, then prepare orders quickly and accurately
• Clean and restock your station at the beginning and end of each shift; prep additional items as needed
• Ensure prepared food meets McAlister’s quality and quantity standards
• Protect our guests by consistently following sanitation and safety policies
