Cinemark USA, Inc. in Asheville, NC is hiring Line Cooks to prepare items per recipes in a fast-paced theater kitchen. You’ll work with a team to ensure orders are produced quickly and meals are fresh and flavorful, while maintaining cleanliness and proper food storage standards.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and ready to pursue culinary paths. The role requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local/state required certifications.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and portion controls.

Responsabilités

• Prepares all required items in accordance with approved recipes and portion controls.
• Follows and executes prep lists daily.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper storage of all food products per health and safety regulations.
• Collaborates with server team to ensure food orders are accurate.
• Cleans food prep area and equipment after each use and handles pizza dough sheeter when applicable.
• Opens or closes a workstation depending on shift.
• Maintains proper attire and follows SOPs for safety and sanitation.
• Monitors safety and security issues and reports them to management.
