Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in collaboration with the culinary team.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet our quality standards.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications as set by the Executive Chef.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper food storage.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies.
• Work with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials.
• Handle and manage food allergies and dietary restrictions.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Skills Needed:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
