Life Alive Cafe, LLC in Boston's South End is seeking a Back Of House Team Member who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen. You will maintain cleanliness, stock kitchen inventory, and help achieve a 6-minute ticket time while ensuring quality ingredients and standard food preparation.

You must be able to stand 8+ hours, lift 50+ lbs, and collaborate with BOH and managers to prep stations and deliver consistent, wholesome meals for our guests.

Qualifications

• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Stocks kitchen inventory as needed.
• Helps achieve a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less.
• Ensures high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation.
• Prepares food for service according to standard procedures.
• Stocks and prepares stations for service.
• Communicates product needs to back-of-house (BOH) and managers-on-duty (MODs).
• Lives and shares Life Alive's values and mission.
