Esplanade Lake Club in Fort Myers, FL, is seeking a full-time Line Cook to join a fast-paced, hospitality-focused team within Troon’s golf and community management family.

You will follow recipes, assist with set-up, inventory, and sanitation, work weekends/holidays, and contribute to safe food handling. Requires 1–2 years cooking experience and a high school diploma, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of cooking experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up food items for all outlets on the property.
• Follow standard recipes while preparing items.
• Conduct monthly food and supplies inventory.
• Maintain and operate kitchen equipment properly.
• Sanitize and clean food production and storage areas.
• Help distribute food and supplies across outlets.
