Adecco is hiring a Line Cook for a local client in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will set up stations, prepare and cook menu items, and ensure quality and safety standards are met across all dishes.

Responsibilities include stocking stations, coordinating with servers, and maintaining equipment and workspace cleanliness while following safety procedures. Requires 1 year cooking experience and ServSafe readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of cooking or line cook experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a busy kitchen environment.

Responsabilités

• Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary ingredients and supplies.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Clean, cut, and portion ingredients for meal preparation.
• Assist in preparing appetizers, entrées, desserts, and other menu offerings.
• Plate and present food according to chef specifications.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen team members to ensure timely and accurate orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with end-of-shift cleaning and kitchen organization.
