Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards across the kitchen.
• Prepping and cooking menu items per recipes and standards.
• Minimize food waste through proper portions and ticket accuracy.
• Collaborate with service team to ensure timely, accurate orders.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a stocked station.
• Perform opening, mid-day or closing duties as assigned.
