Job summary

Burgermaster is hiring in Bothell for a kitchen position. You will prepare and cook foods to order across pantry, fry, and station areas, follow safety and sanitation guidelines, and assist with cleaning and organization.

Prior restaurant experience is preferred, and a food handler’s permit is required within 7 days of hire. Earn $20-$23 per hour plus tips, with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits available based on eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks to order foods in the pantry, fry and/or stations in the kitchen.
• Food prep including slicing, cutting, chopping food daily.
• Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines.
• Prepares and cooks food according to instructions, in a timely and sanitary manner.
• Restocks items as needed.
• Cleans work area and food preparation equipment.
• Assists with cleaning, sanitation and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas.
• Responds promptly to customer needs.
• Responds to requests for service and assistance.
• Observes safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures, determines appropriate action beyond guidelines and reports unsafe conditions.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
