Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items in accordance with company quality and service standards.
• Coordinate orders to ensure they are cooked timely and with accuracy.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of all menu items and ingredients used in recipes.
• Ensure that all food temperatures are appropriate for each menu item.
• Take direction and delegate tasks effectively; promote a team atmosphere.
• Maintain proper personal hygiene, positive attitude and promptness.
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrate good judgment and commitment to continuous improvement of self and others.
