Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to recipes, procedures, and quality standards.
• Assist with cooking, assembling, and plating menu items.
• Maintain proper portioning and presentation standards.
• Stock and replenish ingredients and kitchen stations throughout the shift.
• Set up and break down workstations before and after shifts.
• Receive, store, rotate, and organize products and inventory.
• Follow all opening, shift, and closing procedures.
• Support team members across multiple kitchen functions as needed.
