Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, kitchen floors, and trash/recycling areas.
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks, including wiping surfaces and taking out trash.
• Ensure all health and safety sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Support kitchen team members with restocking and general cleaning duties as needed.
• Help maintain an organized and efficient back-of-house environment.
