Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Stocks kitchen inventory as needed.
• Helps achieve a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less.
• Ensures high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation.
• Prepares food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables or sauces).
• Prepares recipes according to standard procedures.
• Stocks and prepares stations for service.
• Communicates product needs to BOH and managers-on-duty.
