Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to standards.
• Maintain clean and sanitized workstation.
• Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines.
• Set up and stock stations before service.
• Communicate with servers and cooks to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure food quality and proper holding temperatures.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Assist with prep, labeling, storage.
• Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing duties.
