Job summary

Concourse Bowling Center in Anaheim, CA is seeking a skilled Line Cook to keep the kitchen running clean and the tickets moving on busy nights. You will prep ingredients, cook and plate dishes to established recipes, and support line operations during peak events.

The role requires working evenings, weekends and holidays, with a need to maintain a clean station, follow safety practices, and communicate effectively with teammates to ensure timely orders.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred.
• Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must have a valid California food handler certificate.
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prep ingredients, cook, and plate dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Work the line efficiently during high-volume rushes and event nights.
• Maintain a clean, organized station throughout each shift.
• Follow proper food storage, labeling, and rotation procedures.
